AGENT CARTER: Hayley Atwell Reveals Possible Season 3 Details [ABC]

Hayley Atwell Unveils Season Three Plans for Agent Carter. ABC may have cancelled Agent Carter, but Hayley Atwell still doesn’t seem to have given up on a possible season three. The actress even gave some details recently on what could’ve taken place had the show been picked up.

Speaking at MegaCon (via ComicBookResources), Hayley Atwell explained what possible plans were in store for her character Peggy Carter. “There was talk of Season 3 of going further back into her past,” she said. “So the showrunners were talking about a possible kind of twist, I suppose, into something to do with the family. They suggested there would be more to do with my brother. So that’s all I can say.”

Ever since the show got the axe, Atwell showed some interest in doing more Agent Carter despite her commitments for her upcoming series Conviction. Even her co-star Dominic Cooper is open to return as Howard Stark. “I’m well up for doing more Howard Stark and I know [Atwell and James D’Arcy are] up for doing more of their characters, so fingers crossed,” Cooper said at a panel in MCM London Comic Con.
