TV show trailer clip for ABC’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. 4, 722 Hours. It’s Cast Away meets Riddick, by way of Survivor Man, when Agents gets into the details of Simmons’ (Elizabeth Henstridge) time off (world).

‘4, 722 Hours’ plot synopsis:

After her dramatic rescue from another planet, Simmons is still reeling from her ordeal and reveals how she had to fight for her life in a harsh new world.

‘4, 722 Hours’ promises to fill in at least a useful portion of the gap, between her abduction & rescue; and while the trailer does not specify whether the reason for her wanting to return will be covered (during the course of what I presume to be the 4, 722 hours of her time spent stranded), it does emphasize her efforts to stay alive, during this period.

The clip, however, shows just how far she may have had to go, considering her starting point.; as it took a while for situational awareness to shake her out of both scientific discovery mode, and her own personal faith & comfort zones.

‘4, 722 Hours’ features Clark Gregg, Chloe BennetMing-Na Wen, Luke MitchellIain De Caestecker, Henry SimmonsAdrianne PalickiNick BloodDillon CaseyBrett Dalton, and Powers Boothe. It airs Tuesday, Oct. 27, at 9:00pm EST, on ABC.
