AGENTS OF SHIELD: First Image of Matthew Willig as Lash [ABC]

Matthew Willig Lash Agents of SHIELD

First Look at Matthew Willig as Lash on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Lash made his shadowy appearance during the premiere of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., but we never got to see him fully, until now. Marvel and ABC just released a better-looking image of Matthew Willig as Inhuman Lash.

Based on these two images of Lash (courtesy of Spoiler TV), we have a closer look at the monstrous Inhuman that the S.H.I.E.L.D. is currently after. But, does he look like his comic counterpart? Well, the color is a little different from the purple-like texture of his skin from the comics, but nonetheless, Matthew Willig has the attributes and appearance of Lash thanks to some crafty make-up and effects.

Talking with EW, Jed Whedon teased that they would be doing their own take on the character. “I would just say that we’re doing our own take on it. There will be some elements from the comics for sure, but as we always do, we want people to not know what’s coming, so we’re changing it up a little bit.”

So take a look at the images and let us know your thoughts on it. Does Lash look exactly like you imagined from the comics?
