AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.: Adrienne Palicki Says Mockingbird May Join THE AVENGERS

Adrianne Palicki Confirms Discussions on Mockingbird Joining The Avengers. Adrianne Palicki’s character Mockingbird hasn’t appeared in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. yet, but the actress already is having discussions with Marvel on a possible future for Bobbi Morse on the big screen.

During an interview with IGN, Adrianne Palicki gave some new details on her character coming up on the second season of ABC’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. “Bobbi Morse is another badass character. She was been working with S.H.I.E.L.D. for a bit… She gets along with the team very well,” the actress shared. Palicki also revealed that Mockingbird might possibly join The Avengers after her stint on show. “Absolutely – that was one of the things that was discussed when I was coming on for the part, and you know, we’ll see what happens,” Palicki said to IGN. “It’s such a nice world that we live in that crossover can happen so often now which in the past it never really did so, to see these worlds come together on the small screen and the big screen is really cool.”

If this were possible, Mockingbird may end up working with the likes of Captain America and Hawkeye, with the latter becoming her husband in the comics and a possible love interest on screen. It will also be the first time that a character from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. jumping from the show to the big screen. So do you think we will see Mockingbird in a Marvel film soon?

Mockingbird will appear in the October 21st episode of the show as the head of Hydra Security. Even though she is working with the enemy, a teaser at San Diego Comic Con suggests that it’s possible for her to be undercover for S.H.I.E.L.D.
