Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: World’s End Trailer & Clip

The TV show trailer & clip, for ABC’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: ‘World’s End,’ feature stars Clark Gregg, Ming-Na Wen, Chloe Bennet, Iain De Caestecker, Elizabeth Henstridge, and Henry Simmons. Guest stars include Mallory Jansen, Gabriel Luna, Zibby Allen, John Hannah, and Zach McGowan.

So we’ve just come out of a body-snatching/ swapping, network to save Humanity building, cathartic experience inducing, lead-in to the end of the World as we know it series of events. Anyone else catching parallels to a similarly titled Edgar Wright project? Not nearly as much cussing, drinking, and selective memory, granted; but I’m still expecting great things from Agents‘ 4th finale.

What we do get is a returning Hell Rider, improving the odds against a Hell Hath No Fury scenario gone genocidal.

Robbie Reyes (Gabriel Luna) closes the season circuit, as his Ghost Rider seems like a Hell sent solution, to our heroes’ Super Emo Aida (Mallory Jansen) problem.

Of course, the mere mortals involved still have issues to work out. Post-Framework Fitz-Simmons (Iain De Caestecker, Elizabeth Henstridge) will have to confront the more intricate details of the Aida situation. More to the point, Simmons will have to deal with Fitz’s coping mechanism, over the intricate details of the Aida situation.

Ah, but just as Simmons asks the million dollar ‘other woman’ question… we’re made to wait for the actual episode to find out what interrupts them. Utter bastardry, using a teaser to tease, like that.

Hell, I’m still coping with not getting to use comic poster header images anymore. Damned (fictional) reality….

‘World’s End’ airs Tuesday, May 16, at 10:00 pm EST, on ABC.
