Lilli Birdsell To Recur as Lucy in Season Four of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. After finding out that Ghost Rider is coming to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s fourth season, we have another character about to join the new season as actress Lilli Birdsell has been cast in a recurring role as Lucy.

With the big news that Gabriel Luna will be playing Ghost Rider on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., season four of the Marvel series is looking to bring in more super powered individuals into the fold. Another one may be added with the addition of actress Lilli Birdsell, who will recur as Lucy. According to Deadline, the character is described as “a beautiful woman with a haunting quality. She has a very violent streak in her inner self, because of things that have happened.”

It’s a mystery whether Lucy is an Inhuman or not, but it seems that she has some sort of ability that can classify her as one. Based on her name alone, the only Lucy we can come up with from the comics is Runaways member Karolina Dean AKA Lucy In The Sky, but that’s probably not who she is. What are your theories on this?
