Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s New Poster Brings in HYDRA

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is coming back with a new arc when it returns in April, so ABC released a new poster for the last seven episodes of the season. In the poster, it colors the background all green to symbolize the organization’s enemies HYDRA as the team enters a virtual reality world.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s last episode before going on hiatus was regarded for being one of the best episodes of the series so far. When the show returns, we will find our heroes inside the Framework in a ‘What if’ scenario where HYDRA rules. The team will now have to adjust to this new alternate reality when HYDRA rules the place. To show that big change, the new poster gives us a similar version of the first poster for season four, except for one big difference with the logo. In the caption for the poster, it reads: ‘Hail The New World Order’. Based on this poster and what we’ve seen in the midseason finale, HYRDA has taken over this version of reality with everyone in it. So it’s up to Daisy ‘Skye’ Johnson (Chloe Bennett) and Jemma Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge) to save their fellow teammates from the Framework. Can these two save the team before they get stuck inside this new alternate reality forever?

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. returns for it’s third pod of season four episodes on Tuesday, April 4th. What do you guys think of the poster?
