Jason Momoa Talks About Aquaman’s Costume and Justice League Update. Jason Momoa is set to suit up as Aquaman for Zach Snyder’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. The former Game of Thrones actor gave the scoop on his costume and an update on Justice League.

In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Jason Momoa was asked about reprising his role as the Atlantean prince in the upcoming Justice League: Part One, but there has been so little information on the movie as it’s still in it’s early stages. “Justice League is quite a ways off,” the actor said. “We don’t have scripts and stuff like that. I’ll bring my professionalism there. I’ll bring my sense of humor. Hopefully people will like that. If they don’t I’ll modify it.”

Sounds like an interesting approach, but not as interesting as the unique look of Aquaman that we got a couple of weeks ago. “Michael [Wilkinson], the head costume designer, he created all of that,” Momoa revealed. Here’s what the actor had to say regarding the costume design:

I basically just showed up and he made it happen. And It’s all Zack, through his genius mind. I’m going to be in one of the biggest movies in history in a minute, playing a superhero. And I have kids so that’s cool. My kids can finally see something that I’m in.

Aquaman will make his first live-action debut in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which releases on March 25, 2016. Justice League: Part One is set to follow on November 10, 2017 with a solo Aquaman film hitting theaters July 27, 2018. After Aquaman’s solo adventure, Justice League: Part Two arrives on June 14, 2019.
