ARROW: Details on Season Five Villain Revealed [The CW]

Arrow Season Five Villain Info

Details on Season Five Villain on Arrow. Information on who the Big Bad will be for season five of Arrow has been shrouded in mystery…until now. The showrunners of the The CW hit series has finally given some clues on who next season’s villain may turn out to be.

Season five of Arrow will mark the final use of flashbacks for Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) as the show reaches his final year in the deserted island. The show may well have to change it’s storytelling structure by the time next season’s over, but in the meantime, we have some new information on who Oliver’s next adversary will be. TVLine offered a description on the guy, who is being named ‘Anton Church’. He is described as “a ruthless crime lord who sets out to fill the sizable void left by Damien Darhk and H.I.V.E.” The villain will also be an “apex predator” who “cuts his way through the shadows” by taking down “the biggest threat first.” It’s possible that Ollie may be on his list if that’s the case. The role is being likened to Idris Elba’s famous role on The Wire while also having a physical body similar to Jason Momoa in Game of Thrones.

We may get more news about this villain during this year’s San Diego Comic Con just like the show does every year. Who do you guys think the villain actually is?
