ARROW: John Diggle to Soon Get a Helmet Upgrade [The CW]

David Ramsey Blood Debts Arrow

Arrow’s John Diggle Will Receive An Upgrade to His Helmet. Team Arrow member John Diggle, who goes by codename Spartan, may soon be getting an upgrade to his helmet thanks to some geniuses from S.T.A.R. Labs sometime this season on either Arrow or The Flash.

What we know so far is that David Ramsey will be appearing on an upcoming episode of The Flash to help take down King Shark. Once he’s down in Central City, it may be possible that his character Diggle may receive an upgrade to his helmet from Team Flash. Fans have been skeptic about Diggle’s helmet since it’s debut this season, criticizing it for being too similar to Magneto’s signature helmet. While the upgrade may not possibly mean a new design, it’s possible that Diggle may come back to Star City with a new look to his crime fighting uniform.

Ramsey spoke with IGN regarding the change in his vigilante attire:

Central City will be working on an upgrade to Diggle’s helmet.  That is yet to come, and we will be seeing some of that come out of Central City. As the first iteration came out of Central City, we will see and upgrade also come out.  But in terms of Central City’s help with technology to help us combat the magic, that has yet to be seen.  I have not seen it yet! I have not seen it. Listen, there’s two things I’m anxious about: my helmet, and who’s in the grave. The rest of which I’m cool with.

What do you guys think? Will we be getting a better look for Diggle’s crime fighting costume?
