The CW’s Arrow Canaries Promo. After Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) made his return to Starling City, he also brought in some big changes for the city as heroes such as himself as getting recognition. However, he is about to learn the repercussions of those changes based on this promo.
In the promo ‘Canaries’, Vertigo (Peter Stormare) comes back to Starling City and starts selling his drugs on the streets again. While Team Arrow tries to stop Vertigo, Oliver has to deal with the changes from his team since his absence. Meanwhile, Laurel (Katie Cassidy) continues to become Black Canary against Oliver’s wishes and becomes drugged by Vertigo causing her to hallucinate in seeing her dead sister Sara (Caity Lotz). Facing her worst fears, Laurel must fight against Sara in a battle between two Canaries.
