Ballers: Season 2 Trailers

HBO‘s Ballers: Season 2 TV show trailers stars Dwayne Johnson, Rob Corddry, John David Washington, Omar Benson Miller, and Donovan Carter. Ballers‘ series plot synopsis: “Looking at the lives of former and current football players, the show follows former superstar Spencer Strasmore as he gets his life on track in retirement while mentoring other current and former players through the daily grind of the business of football.”

Looks like more of the same from the first season of Ballers with storylines continued and new ones added. The most notable of those new storylines is the one containing Andy Garcia‘s character and his connection with Spencer (Dwayne Johnson). I always wondered why Spencer didn’t have more money from playing professional football for over a decade. This season of Ballers introduces the story behind his lost millions and the supposed person responsible for it. It will be interesting to see these two characters’ differing points-of-view on the subject.
