Bangkok Dangerous (2008) Trailer

This trailer for the Bangkok Dangerous remake has got me very interested in the original Pang Brothers‘ version. I’m so interested in fact that I will watch it this week. It’s too bad they altered their deaf protagonist/anti-hero Kong (originally played by Pawalit Mongkolpisit) in this film and made him your average, normal killer, played by Nicholas Cage.

I remember seeing the original many years back, it was a nice Killer redux. This one looks different but since its made by the original creators who make many movies a year I guess the changes are cool to me.
After I see the original, I will be able to give a more concrete opinion. The Pangs are very creative so there is hope this film will not be average.
