Batman v Superman Dawn of Justice TV Trailer. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016) TV trailer aired last night during the latest episode of Gotham. There are bits of new footage here and there including new dialogue. The most important involve Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) remembering his father and Superman (Henry Cavill)’s conversation with Lois Lane (Amy Adams).

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice‘s plot synopsis: based on Frank Miller‘s Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, “Fearing the actions of a god-like super hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs.
