BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE (2016): LEGO Shorts Weigh In on Outcome

Lego Batman vs Superman

LEGO shorts speculate on DOJ confrontation, outcome, & stakes. With the hoopla, over Zack Snyder’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, not even really having gotten started, yet, the folks over at BrickNerd studios took matters into their own hands, a bit.

It started last November, with a short that reflected the second question likely inspired by the announced film: why are they fighting? Of course, no one even got to that question (it was certainly an afterthought at BrickNerd) without fixating on the first: who would win.

While the original short circled the second matter, before decisively calling the first, the follow up not only upped the ante – by taking a cue from both the official title & Snyder’s Justice League ambitions – but also took the time to show just what the ‘stakes’ were, over the confrontation.

Just to add a little context, to the contest, no less an authority (rival or not) than Stan Lee placed his bets, regarding the outcome.

Even if Stan doesn’t get the kind of cameo treatment for DC’s big screen milestone moment (God-given to him, for all things Marvel), at least he collects by the end of the LEGO version’s second episode.
