Box Office August 24-26, 2012. The Expendables 2 was Number One at the box office for the second week in a row with $13.5 Million. The Bourne Legacy was Second with $9.3 Million. ParaNorman was Third with $8.5 Million. The Campaign was Fourth with $7.4 Million. The Dark Knight Rises was Fifth with $7.1 Million for $422.1 Million so far. The Odd Life of Timothy Green, Premium Rush (which premiered this weekend), 2016 Obama’s America (which premiered this weekend), Hope Springs, and Hit and Run (which premiered this weekend) rounded out the top ten respectively.

Premium Rush is a 2012 American action film directed by David Koepp and written by Koepp and John Kamps. The film stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Michael Shannon, Dania Ramirez and Jamie Chung. Set around a bicycle messenger who is chased around New York City by a dirty cop who wants an envelope the messenger has.

2016: Obama’s America is a 2012 political documentary by conservative author and commentator Dinesh D’Souza. The film was produced by Gerald R. Molen, and is based on D’Souza’s 2010 New York Times best selling book entitled The Roots of Obama’s Rage.

Hit and Run is a 2012 American romantic action comedy film written by Dax Shepard, with David Palmer and Shepard co-directing again (their first film being Brother’s Justice in 2010). The film stars Shepard, Kristen Bell, Kristin Chenoweth, Tom Arnold, and Bradley Cooper.
