Box Office July 24-26, 2015. Ant-Man was Number One at the box office over the weekend for the second week in a row with $24.7 Million for $106 Million so far. Pixels premiered in Second Place with $24 Million. Minions was Third with $22.1 Million for $261.6 Million so far. Trainwreck was Fourth with $17.3 Million for $61.5 Million so far. Southpaw premiered in Fifth Place with $16.5 Million. Paper Towns (which premiered this weekend), Inside Out, Jurassic World, Mr. Holmes, and Terminator Genisys rounded out the top ten respectively.

Pixels is a 2015 American science fiction comedy film produced by Columbia Pictures, 1492 Pictures and Happy Madison Productions. The film was directed by Chris Columbus, based on a screenplay written by Tim Herlihy and Timothy Dowling and a screen story penned by Tim Herlihy, based on French director Patrick Jean’s 2010 short film of the same name. The film stars Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Josh Gad, Peter Dinklage, Michelle Monaghan, Brian Cox, Ashley Benson, and Jane Krakowski. The film’s plot has extraterrestrials misinterpreting video-feeds of classic arcade games as a declaration of war, and invade Earth using technology inspired by games such as Pac-Man and Space Invaders. To counter the alien assault, the United States hire former arcade champions to lead the planet’s defense.

Southpaw is a 2015 American sports drama film directed by Antoine Fuqua and written by Kurt Sutter. The film stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Forest Whitaker, and Rachel McAdams.

Paper Towns is a 2015 American mystery comedy-drama film, directed by Jake Schreier based on the 2008 novel of the same name by John Green. The film is written by Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber, the same team that wrote Green’s first book film adaption. The film stars Nat Wolff and Cara Delevingne
