Box Office June 29-July 1, 2012. Ted premiered in the Number One spot at the box office over the weekend with $54.1 Million. Magic Mike premiered in Second Place with $39.1 Million. Brave was Third with $34 Million for $131.6 Million so far. Tyler Perry’s Madea’s Witness Protection premiered in Fourth Place with $26.3 Million. Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted was Fifth with $11.8 Million for $180 Million so far. Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, Prometheus, Moonrise Kingdom, Snow White and the Huntsman, and People Like Us (which premiered this weekend) rounded out the top ten respectively.

Ted (stylized as ted) is a 2012 American comedy film, directed, co-written and produced by Seth MacFarlane, who stars in it along with Mark Wahlberg and Mila Kunis. The supporting cast includes Giovanni Ribisi, Jessica Stroup, and Patrick Warburton.

Magic Mike is a 2012 film directed by Steven Soderbergh, and starring Channing Tatum, Alex Pettyfer, Matthew McConaughey, Cody Horn, Olivia Munn, Joe Manganiello, and Matt Bomer in leading roles.

Madea’s Witness Protection is a 2012 American comedy film directed, written, and produced by Tyler Perry. This will be the fourteenth film in the Tyler Perry film franchise, and the seventh in the Madea franchise. It’s the fourth Tyler Perry film not adapted from a play alongside The Family That Preys, Daddy’s Little Girls, and Good Deeds, as well as being the first Madea film not to be adapted from a play.

People Like Us (formerly Welcome to People) is a 2012 drama film directed by Alex Kurtzman in his directorial debut, written by Kurtzman, Jody Lambert and Roberto Orci, starring Chris Pine, Olivia Wilde, Elizabeth Banks, Michelle Pfeiffer, Mark Duplass and Jon Favreau.
