Box Office November 1-3, 2013. Ender’s Game premiered in the Number One spot at the box office over the weekend with $28 Million. Bad Grandpa was Second with $20.5 Million. Last Vegas premiered in Third Place with $16.5 Million. Free Birds premiered in Fourth Place with $16.2 Million. Gravity was Fifth with $13.1 Million for $219.1 Million so far. Captain Phillips, 12 Years a Slave, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2, Carrie, and The Counselor rounded out the top ten respectively.

Ender’s Game is a 2013 American science fiction action film based on the novel of the same name by Orson Scott Card. Directed and written by Gavin Hood, the film stars Asa Butterfield as Andrew “Ender” Wiggin, an unusually gifted child who is sent to an advanced military academy in outer space to prepare for a future alien invasion. The cast also includes Harrison Ford, Hailee Steinfeld, Viola Davis, Abigail Breslin, and Ben Kingsley.

Last Vegas is a 2013 American comedy-drama film directed by Jon Turteltaub, starring Michael Douglas, Robert De Niro, Morgan Freeman and Kevin Kline.

Free Birds is a 2013 American 3D computer-animated buddy comedy film produced by Reel FX Creative Studios. Jimmy Hayward directed the film, which features the voices of Owen Wilson, Woody Harrelson and Amy Poehler.
