Box Office October 31-November 2, 2014. Nightcrawler premiered in the Number One spot at the box office over the weekend with $10.9 Million. Ouija was Second with $10.9 Million. Fury was Third for the second week in a row with $9.1 Million. Gone Girl was Fourth for the second week in a row with $8.8 Million. The Book of Life was Fifth for the second week in a row with $8.3 Million. John Wick, St. Vincent, Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day, The Judge, and Dracula Untold rounded out the top ten respectively.

Nightcrawler is a 2014 American crime thriller film written and directed by Dan Gilroy. The film stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Rene Russo, Riz Ahmed, and Bill Paxton. Marking Gilroy’s directorial debut, it tells the story of a driven young man who stumbles upon the underground world of Los Angeles freelance crime journalism.
