Box Office: Sept. 5-7, 2008

The summer is really over and the numbers show it. The numbers this weekend are really low. Bangkok Dangerous (no, its not a porno), a remake of an Asian film by the Pang Brothers of the same name, premiered this weekend in First Place at the box office with $7.8 Million. Tropic Thunder was Second with $7.5 Million. The House Bunny was third with $5.9 Million. The Dark Knight was Fourth with $5.7 Million for a total of $512.1 Million so far. In Fifth Place was Traitor with $4.6 Million. Babylon A.D., Death Race, Disaster Movie, Mamma Mia! and Pineapple Express rounded out the top ten respectively.
