Box Office: March 13-15, 2009

The children helped win the race. Race to Witch Mountain premiered this weekend at the box office in the Number One position with $25 Million. Watchmen was Second with $18 Million for a total of $86 Million. The Last House on the Left (2009) premiered in Third Place with $14.6 Million. Taken was Fourth with $6.65 Million for $126.8 Million so far. Tyler Perry’s Madea Goes to Jail was Fifth with $5.1 Million for $83.3 Million so far. Slumdog Millionaire, Paul Blart: Mall Cop, He’s Just Not That Into You, Coraline and Miss March (which premiered this weekend) rounded out the top ten respectively.
