GoodBadFlicks’s Every Reference in Cabin in the Woods video is very interesting and entertaining watch, especially for fans of the Drew Goddard directed and Goddard and Joss Whedon co-written film. The film has many great moments and surprises but just missed the mark of being a game-changer like the first Scream movie when it was released (before the series descended into self-aware nonsense).
The Cabin in the Woods’ plot synopsis: “A group of five friends going on a quiet cabin retreat scratch the surface of something so massive and horrific that they can only begin to fathom what might possibly be going on just as time quickly runs out.”
