CONAN THE BARBARIAN (2011) Movie Trailer: Jason Momoa, Marcus Nispel

Jason Momoa, Conan the Barbarian

The Conan the Barbarian Movie Trailer has premiered. Marcus Nispel‘s Conan the Barbarian (2011) stars Jason Momoa, Rachel Nichols, Rose McGowan, Ron Perlman, and Stephen Lang. Conan the Barbarian (2011)’s plot synopsis: “After his father is murdered and village destroyed, Conan (Jason Momoa) ventures into an unforgiving world where he survives as a thief, pirate, and warrior. On his path of wanton adventure and women, Conan chances upon the warlord responsible his tribe’s destruction. As he tracks Khalar Zym (Stephen Lang), Conan battles monsters, Zym’s henchmen, and Marique (Rose McGowan), a powerful witch.”

We previously posted the Conan the Barbarian (2011) Teaser Trailer. Not bad. The look of the film is certainly good. If I am not mistaken, I saw homage to Conan the Barbarian (1982) during a few of the snow battle clips. The battles look good, great cinematography, but can the intensity of the Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s 1982 film really be recreated? It doesn’t look like they are trying but instead setting out on a new path, a different path. Stephen Lang certainly looks into his role.
