THE DARKNESS (2016) Movie Trailers: Kevin Bacon Has a Possessed Son

Kevin Bacon Radha Mitchell David Mazouz Lucy Fry The Darkness

The Darkness Trailer. Greg McLean‘s The Darkness (2016) movie trailer stars Kevin Bacon, Radha Mitchell, David Mazouz, Lucy Fry, and Matt Walsh. The Darkness‘ plot synopsis: “As a family returns home from vacation at the Grand Canyon, they innocently bring home a supernatural force that preys off their own fears and vulnerabilities, threatening to destroy them from within, while consuming their lives with terrifying consequences.”

This film looks like standard fair (though I could be wrong) but these trailers had a few unexpected thrillers as well as endings that sought to unnerve. Since Greg McLean directed Wolf Creek, many will give this film a chance, as will I.

The Darkness also stars Jennifer Morrison, Parker Mack, Ming-Na Wen, Paul Reiser, Krista Marie Yu, Tara Lynne Barr, Jamie Bernadette, Ilza Rosario, Judith McConnell, and Christopher Darga.
