THE DEFENDERS: IRON FIST Fights a Mysterious Enemy in New Images [Netflix]

Netflix has released some new images from their upcoming miniseries The Defenders. The images show Danny Rand (Finn Jones) as he fights against a mysterious foe while the other one shows Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter) seeing an old friend.

We got some new images from The Defenders, courtesy of Bleeding Cool. In one of the two images, we see Jessica Jones hanging with Trish Walker (Rachael Taylor) in the city. This is pretty much what we saw early in some set photos last year. The most interesting shot is Danny Rand as he confronts a masked man in combat. Perhaps he has something to do with The Hand or Madame Gao? We guess it’s more of the latter if anything else. Other than that, this new Marvel series is turning out to be one of the most anticipated shows this year.

The Defenders focuses on Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist as they unite to defend New York City. This is a story of four individual heroes, each with their own demons, as they figure out that they might be stronger when they are working together.

The show is premiering on Netflix this September, so we should expect to see more updates soon and perhaps a trailer is on the way as well. Check out the images below and let us know what you think. What do you guys think of these new photos? Are you excited now more than ever for The Defenders?
