Ana de Armas seems to have grabbed her chance at being a Hollywood actress by the coattails as tightly as she could. After being in Knock Knock with Keanu, she managed to co-lead his next movie. According to FirstShowing, “Lionsgate Premiere has debuted the official US trailer for the procedural action thriller Exposed, starring Keanu Reeves as a detective searching for the truth behind his partner’s killing. We ran an international trailer for this a few weeks ago, and this new version is the official US launch, but it doesn’t look that much better. Aside from Reeves, Exposed stars Ana de Armas, Mira Sorvino, Christopher McDonald and Laura Gómez. It’s not that this looks bad, there’s just not much going on. The big crime mystery seems bland and boring, but maybe that’s me. I am still a Keanu fan.”

I grew up in Hamburg to a German father and Ecuadorian mother. Obsessive student of film, Hip-Hop, and stand-up comedy. I love the dark dreambox that is the cinema auditorium. I love mountains and the ocean, but am equally exhilarated by the jungle of the city. I hope to one day create something that hits someone in the brain with thunderous effect.
