MOLLY GOES BACK INTO SPACE TO SAVE THE EARTH FROM THE DEADLY SPORES, ON THE SEASON FINALE OF “EXTANT,” WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 17

“Ascension” – Molly returns to space in an attempt redirect the Seraphim away from Earth and protect the world’s population from the deadly spores. Also, John discovers that Odin’s plan has put Ethan in terrible danger, on the season finale of EXTANT, Wednesday, Sept. 17 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Meanwhile, Ethan (Pierce Gagnon) shows up for a system check as an apparent agent of Femi Dodd’s (Annie Wersching) ‘Friends of Humanity’ movement; but never mind that – his apprehension, about deep systems work, turns to outright indignance at having to to wear an electric Glengarry hat. Fortunately, Julie (Grace Gummer) arrives to talk him down from his real concern – being reformatted by his dad. Fortunate for Julie, and company, as her reassurance stopped him from triggering a device he had smuggled in. Honest as always, he also spills the beans on where his fearful notion came from: Julie’s very own Odin (Charlie Bewley).

I’d worry about being kicked to the curb by someone like Julie. Never mind her temperament; she’s got a pair of state of the art bionic legs.
