EXTANT: Season 2, Episode 9: The Other Side: TV Show Trailer [CBS]

TV show trailer for CBS‘ Extant episode The Other Side. Molly (Halle Berry) got back into GSC custody just in time, it seems, for the other shoe to drop, regarding Tobias’ (David Morrissey) two front approach to wiping out the Hybrids. As if seditious androids weren’t bad enough, now it looks like the viral solution is set to misbehave in the worst way, locking all involved into the same sinking ship.

 ‘The Other Side’ plot synopsis:

As Molly succumbs to the virus, long forgotten memories surface. Also, Julie is confronted with hard choices and the Hybrids seek revenge.  Academy, Golden Globe and Emmy Award Winner Louis Gossett, Jr. returns as Quinn, Molly’s father.

No doubt, this outbreak will compel Tobias into a state of pragmatic flexibility; but for Molly, it should be the perfect opportunity to double down on the activism, along with JD (Jeffrey Dean Morgan). No doubt, there will be any number of obstacles, and unforeseen complications; but one sure fire surprise will be the re-emergence of at least one Hybrid Haven survivor, looking for a bit of payback, amidst all the panic & chaos. Look real close, and you should be able to guess which one.

Something else to keep in mind: the Humanich horde shared memories with a certain cyber schemer. One particular bad memory suggests a lot of bad behavior coming their creators’ way….

‘The Other Side’ also features Pierce Gagnon, Grace Gummer, Tyler Hilton, Cleo Anthony, McKenna Roberts, Genneya Walton, Goran Visnjic, Cassidey Fralin, and Louis Gossett, Jr., and airs Wednesday, Aug. 19, at 9:00 pm, EST, on CBS.
