FAST AND THE FURIOUS 6 (2013): Luke Evans Cast, FAST SIX Plot Details

Luke Evans cast in The Fast and The Furious 6. Luke Evans joining Justin Lin‘s Fast Six (2013) or Fast and Furious 6 also revealed a signifiant part of new film’s plot. The protagonist crew in The Fast and the Furious 6 “is heading overseas to work on a heist job. Evans would be the leader of another crew trying to pull off the same job.”

Gina Carano (written about here: The Fast and The Furious 6 (2013): Gina Carano may join Fast Six) and Rihanna are rumored to possibly joining the cast as well. Luke Evans had been a question but “he managed to figure out his schedule…He’s still shooting his role in The Hobbit but will move straight from that to Fast and Furious 6.”

Luke Evans is joining returning The Fast and the Furious alumni:

Paul Walker and Vin Diesel…as rogue heroes Brian O’Connor and Dominic Toretto, respectively, while Dwayne Johnson is reprising his role as Diplomatic Security Service Agent Luke Hobbs, out to capture the boys. [Michelle Rodriguez is also returning, reprising her role as Letty.]

For Fast 6, Justin Lin is back as director for his fourth outing in the movie series, and Chris Morgan, who wrote the past three Fast films, is back on scripting duty. Neal H. Moritz and Diesel are returning as producers.
