Fear The Walking Dead Trailer Debuts and Gets a Premiere Date. With thousands of fans craving for more info on Fear The Walking Dead, fans have gotten their wish as the upcoming prequel series has gotten a new trailer and even a premiere date on top of that.

The new trailer debuted at the San Diego Comic Con and gave us a clearer picture as to what will be happening once the show debuts on August 23rd. The upcoming companion series will be set in East Los Angeles during the early days of the zombie apocalypse, which means that the public have yet to witness the horror that awaits them in the next few months. We will also be in on all the family drama that the main cast faces that will escalate once the zombie epidemic slowly starts to unravel. We get to see all of that unfold through the eyes of one family led by Cliff Curtis character.

While we won’t spoil anything that goes on in the trailer, all we can say is that the nice suburban life that these folks have been living in will all come tumbling down after the mysterious viral outbreak takes on the population. The trailer certainly sets up the tone for the series, but will it live up to the original? Only time will tell once the season begins next month.
