Wonder Woman 2
Patty Jenkins is reportedly in the last stages of negotiations to helm Wonder Woman 2. While it has been suspected for some time that the director would return for the DC Extended Universe sequel, confirmation has not been forthcoming. The original film’s star Gal Gadot has already been announced as reprising her role at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con.
Godzilla Vs. Kong
Adam Wingard opens up about being tapped to direct Godzilla vs. Kong. With the remake of The Blair Witch Project and the live-action adaptation of Death Note under his belt, Wingard says that the fanbases for Godzilla and King Kong are very different from those of either of the aforementioned films in that they expect anyone involved with them to take the material “seriously”.
