Aladdin, Fahrenheit 451, Flashpoint, And Other Film And TV Casting News

Aladdin, Fahrenheit 451Flashpoint, and other films and TV shows have made recent casting news.

These productions come from studios based primarily in the United States. The castings are subject to change.

Gal Gadot is rumored to be set to return as Wonder Woman in Flashpoint. Although the film is intended as a solo film for Ezra Miller’s Flash, it will reportedly feature a number of other DC heroes in supporting roles in a manner similar to Robert Downey Jr.’s appearance as Tony Stark in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Of course, Gadot’s involvement in the movie is far from being confirmed by Warner Bros. Flashpoint is set for release in 2020, a year after Wonder Woman 2.

Marwan Kenzari will play the role of Jafar in Disney’s live-action remake of Aladdin. A rising star, Kenzari has appeared in such films as Ben-Hur, The Mummy, and the upcoming Murder on the Orient Express. He joins a cast that includes Nasim Pedrad, Power Rangers‘ Naomi Scott, and Jack Ryan‘s Mena Massoud as the titular character.

Fahrenheit 451

Saad Siddiqui will act opposite Michael B. Jordan and Michael Shannon in HBO’s Fahrenheit 451.

The Romanoffs

John Slattery, Christina Hendricks, and Isabelle Huppert have all joined the cast of Matthew Weiner’s planned Amazon anthology series The Romanoffs.

Bronco Belle

Natalie Portman is in the middle of negotiations with TriStar to star in the studio’s proposed film Bronco Belle.
