Halloween, WestworldMan Of Steel 2, and other films and TV shows have made recent casting news.

These productions come from studios based primarily in the United States. The castings are subject to change.

Man Of Steel 2

Matthew Vaughn reveals that he is in the middle of talks to direct Man of Steel 2. The news was broken at a press junket for the movie where the Kingsman: The Golden Circle director was asked about rumors concerning his involvement with the project. Although he said that he is planning to make a third Kingsman film, the director confirmed that he had been talks for the proposed Superman sequel. In addition to Kingsman, Vaughn has also directed Kick-Ass and X-Men: First Class.


Hiroyuki Sanada has been added to the cast of Westworld for the show’s second season. Reportedly, he will play a major character named Musashi who appears to be a samurai robot variant according to a Funko Pop figure announced as part of a tie-in to the series. Other newcomers to the HBO program include Gustaf Skarsgard, Fares Fares, Betty Gabriel, Katia Herbers, Neil Jackson, and Jonathan Tucker.


Jamie Lee Curtis is set to reprise her role as Laurie Storde for the planned Halloween reboot.

Painkiller Jane

Christine Boylan will serve as the writer of Painkiller Jane.

The Romanoffs

Corey Stoll, Janet Montgomery, and Paul Reiser have all joined The Romanoffs.
