The Hummingbird Project, A Private War, Arrow, And Other Film And TV Casting News

The Hummingbird Project, A Private WarArrow, and other films and TV shows have made recent casting news.

These productions come from studios based primarily in the United States. The castings are subject to change.

Colton Haynes reveals that Roy Harper will return at some point in Arrow. The actor broke the news over Twitter, responding to a fan who lamented who much they missed the character by saying that he would be back “very soon”. Given that the show’s producers have already gone on the record as saying some “familiar faces” would show up in its sixth season, this is hardly a surprise.

A Private War

Taron Egerton has signed onto the cast of A Private War. Egerton, of course, is widely known for his role as Eggsy in Kingsman: The Secret Service and its soon to be released sequel The Golden Circle. He will be acting opposite Rosamund Pike, who is set to play the protagonist Marie Colvin. Based on real events, the movie will be directed by Matthew Heineman.

The Hummingbird Project

Salma Hayek is set to appear in the financial drama The Hummingbird Project.

Boy Erased

Joe Alwyn will appear in the coming-of-age drama Boy Erased from Joel Egerton.

The Manuscript

Morgan Freeman will star in the planned crime thriller The Manuscript.
