Ed Skrein has decided to step down from his role in the upcoming Hellboy reboot. Just one week ago, the Game of Thrones actor was cast as the character Ben Daimio, a major with the Bureau of Paranormal  Research and Defense. However, many observers criticized the casting due to the fact that the character is depicted as Asian-American in the original comics while Skrein is white. Citing these concerns, Skrein took it upon himself to exit the role and leave the production.

Falling Water

Sepideh Moafi has been cast as a regular on the second season of USA Network’s supernatural series Falling Water. Previously, Moafi has appeared in such programs as HBO’s The Deuce and ABC’s Notorious. Set to play the character of Alexis, she will act opposite David Ajala, Will Yun Lee, and Lizzie Brochere.
