FilmBook Has Been Trademarked with the USPTO

FilmBook has been Trademarked. FilmBook has been registered at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). FilmBook can now be found on the Principal Register of USPTO’s website. The registration went into effect on September 8, 2015.

By registering the mark with the federal government, several benefits are conferred on FilmBook, including “the right to institute a trademark action in federal court to seek damages against the user of an infringing mark.”
