Lars Eidinger, Hannah Herzsprung, Stipe Erceg, Hell, 2011

A Hell Movie Clip has premiered. Tim Fehlbaum‘s Hell (2011) movie clip stars Stipe Erceg, Hannah HerzsprungLars Eidinger, Angela Winkler, and Lisa Vicari. Hell‘s plot synopsis: “It was once the source of life, light and warmth. But now the sun has turned the entire world into a baked and barren wasteland. Forests are scorched. Animal carcasses line the roads. Even the nights are dazzlingly bright. Maria, her little sister Leonie and Phillip are heading for the mountains in a car with tinted glass. Rumor has it water can still be found there. It is a hazardous trip to nowhere. Along the way, they run into Tom. He turns out to be a first-rate mechanic and becomes indispensable. But can they trust him? The tension grows. As if things weren’t bad enough, they are lured into an ambush and their real battle for survival begins…”

From the plot synopsis, The Road is the first thought that comes to mind. If you haven’t read The Road, I suggest you do so: Great book. Hell looks good, good production value in this movie clip. Since Roland Emmerich is the producer that will not surprise the viewer. This movie clip is more on the action side but with good drama as well. Don’t let the fact that the dusty setting resembles that of Resident Evil: Extinction fool you.

Hell also stars Yoann Blanc and Christoph Gaugler.
