Lionsgate Home Entertainment officially announced it will release the comedy Girl Most Likely (2012) on November 5, 2013. The Robert Pulcini and Shari Springer Berman work stars Matt Dillon, Annette Benning, Kristen Wiig, Darren Criss, and Natasha Lyonne. Wiig plays a failed playwright forced to move back home with her wacky family. Disc special features will include a gag reel, deleted scenes, a Girl Most Likely featurette, “Life in the Human Shell” featurette, and “How to Be a Pop Star Impersonator” featurette.

Baltasar Kormakur‘s blockbuster action flick 2 Guns (2013) will be released on December 9, 2013. Denzel Washington and Mark Wahlberg star as a D.E.A. Agent and U.S. Naval Intelligence Officer, respectively, both working undercover in a criminal gang. After a job gone wrong they both realize they have been set up to kill each other. They work together to identify their nemesis and save their own hides.

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment will release Seth Rogen‘s and Evan Goldberg‘s comedy This is the End (2013) on October 1, 2013. Rogen stars in his own film that follows a group of friends forced to retreat and hunker down as a catastrophe befalls Los Angeles. Special features include commentary with the directors, “Directing Your Friends” featurette, “This is the Marketing” marketing outtakes, trailer, cast interviews, and confessionals. Additional Blu-ray exclusives include deleted scenes, gag reel, Line-o-Ramas Blooper Reel, and six additional featurettes.

Curzon Film World will release Scott McGhee and David Siegel‘s dramedy What Maisie Knew (2012) on disc January 6, 2014; the film opens in theaters August 24, 2013. The film stars Julianne Moore and Steve Coogan as a self-absorbed couple locked in a custody battle over their six-year-old daughter Maisie. Told from the child’s point of view, the film is based on a Henry James novel.

Modern Family: The Complete Fourth Season will be released by Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment September 24, 2013. This season features notable guest stars including Matthew Broderick, Shelley Long, and Elizabeth Banks. Special features include commentary on some episodes, alternate and deleted scenes, “A Day with Eric,” “An Addition to the Family,” “A Modern Guide to Family,” “Modern Family Writers,” and a gag reel.

The second season of the television series American Horror Story: Asylum will hit the shelves October 8, 2013. Set in Briarcliff Manor, a home for the criminally insane, Sister Jude presides over a motley crew of residents who perpetrate and undergo untold horrors within its walls. Special features include deleted scenes, “The Orderly,” “The Creatures,” “Welcome to Briarcliff Manor,” and “What is American Horror Story: Asylum?”
