LEGION TV Show Trailer: Marvel Brings David Haller to TV [FX, SDCC 2016]

Dan Stevens Legion

Legion Comic-Con Trailer

FX‘s Legion TV show trailer from the 2016 San Diego Comic Con International stars Dan Stevens, Aubrey Plaza, Rachel Keller, Jean Smart, and Katie Aselton. Legion‘s plot synopsis: “Legion follows David Haller, a troubled young man who may be more than human. Diagnosed as schizophrenic, David has been in and out of psychiatric hospitals for years. But after a strange encounter with a fellow patient, he’s confronted with the possibility that the voices he hears and visions might be real.”

The strength of the main character in this trailer and in the series is that he doesn’t know if he is crazy or not. Legion doesn’t know what is real or not, though he seems to be certain of a few things. His doctors are also not telling him everything, which will create drama on the series.

The dance number towards the end of the trailer is pretty amusing. I am looking forward to this series.
