LOBO: Jason Fuchs Still Penning Script for Film

Jason Fuchs Still Working on Script for Lobo Film. There hasn’t been that much news on the development of the film featuring Lobo. That’s because screenwriter Jason Fuchs is still hard at work with the script. So what will the film even be about? Well, Fuchs has teased us a bit on that.

We last heard about Jason Fuchs working on the script as far as March, with Warner Bros. impressed by his work on Wonder Woman that he ended up getting hired to pen the anti-hero’s solo adventure. After three months, the Pan screenwriter is still working on the script as shown in his latest Instagram post featuring a page from the Main Man comic and his laptop.

It’s interesting to note that we are seeing Fuchs reading the old-school version of Lobo and not the New 52 one where he looks much younger and flexible. As Geoff Johns is in charge of the DCEU, many of us are wondering if his vision for the films is leaning towards the New 52. It would probably make sense since most of the DCTV shows are going in that direction like Arrow, The Flash, and Supergirl. However, based on this pic, we may be getting the original bounty hunter for the film.

Which version do you think we will get for Lobo’s first film?
