LOBO: Jason Fuchs To Write Script for DC Film

Lobo DC Comics

Lobo Film in Development with Jason Fuchs Writing Script. Lobo will ride again in the big screen as Warner Bros. has just revived the project. Fans have been clamoring for the Main Man to get his own film, and now the studio is hard at work with a new writer to work on it.

The Wrap reported that Warner Bros. has hired Wonder Woman writer Jason Fuchs to work on the script for the long delayed film about DC’s intergalactic bounty hunter. We last heard about the movie back in 2012 when San Andreas director Brad Peyton was suppose to helm the adaptation, but there wasn’t any more news since then so everyone pretty much assumed the worst that it was in development hell. Perhaps the success of Deadpool has prompted the studio to revive the movie? It seems like that would be the plausible reason to bring it back.

Even though a script was already written by Don Payne, it appears that Fuchs will be writing his own version of the film to give to the studio.
