Micheal Jackson has died at the age of 50 “after being rushed to UCLA Medical Center”. Michael Jackson “had been due to start a series of comeback concerts in London on July 13 running until March 2010″ and had been rehearsing for two months. This is one sad ass month. First David Carradine, now MJ. I grew up with Michael Jackson. Many have. His music crossed many genres and he was never afraid to experiment. His videos were always some of the entertaining. The Moon Walk, I’m Bad, Thriller, the list goes on and on for what Michael Jackson brought into the music industry, our culture and our lives. Michael crossed a diverse array of nations and cultures with his music. His fan base was multinational, as was befitting the first music pop star. A legend and a pioneer has died this day.

I was only tweeting about MJ a couple weeks back… I had the TV on all day playing a video hits Top 100 80s dance tracks. Of course Michael poped up numerous times – and took out the number one spot with “Bad”.
He was never afraid to experiment??? I’ve heard better.
Its too bad this guy had so many mental problems. Sure he had talent but it was overshadowed by the scandel of how he treated his staff, children and himself.
I have very little respect for this guy…
Another star dead because of drugs. Oh well,,, see ya man in the middle.
Apart from his scandal and other problems, I like some of his song, especially about earth, children and humanity, farewell MJ, rest in peace.
