MISSION IMPOSSIBLE – ROGUE NATION (2015) Movie Images: IMF, Assemble

Mission Impossible Rogue Nation International Trailer

Mission Impossible – Rogue Nation Images Have Been Released. Christopher McQuarrie‘s Mission Impossible – Rogue Nation (2015) is closer to release than ever. The film comes out at the end of this month, and everyone seems to be anticipating this latest entry into the Ethan Hunt mythology.

According to Comicbookmovie,

In case you haven’t heard, at a recent test screening, the Chris McQuarrie-directed Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation actually tested higher than the previous installment, the Brad Bird-directed Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol. That’s extremely high praise, especially considering that the previous film was universally acclaimed by both fans and critics. This is definitely good news for Paramount as it’s starting to look more and more like they may have another huge home run on their hands when the highly anticipated Tom Cruise-starrer hits theaters July 31st!

That’s definitely great news for fans. I really enjoyed Ghost Protocol, but found it fairly low on the re-watch spectrum. I simply have no urge at all to revisit that film, and in that sense, I suppose it was more of a fun ride than a film I want to re-watch with hopes to discover something new. Hopefully Rogue Nation feels more substantial than that – and if not, oh well, it’ll still be a fun, summer blockbuster that doesn’t treat its audience like drooling baboons.
