Oblivion

The soundtrack for Oblivion will be released on April 9th on Back Lot Records.

Joseph Kosinski‘s Oblivion stars Tom CruiseAndrea Riseborough, Olga Kurylenko, Morgan Freeman, Melissa Leo, Zoe Bell, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, James Rawlings, Catherine Kim Poon, Jaylen Moore, Lindsay Clift, John L. Armijo, Jordan Sudduth, Andrew Breland, and Jeremy Sande.

Interstellar

Revealed in a press release today, Paramount Pictures and Warner Bros Pictures have announced they are teaming up for the production of the film, with the former studio releasing the project stateside and the latter handling international rights. The big news, however, is that the film will be released in regular theaters and IMAX on November 7th, 2014, where it will go up against a mysterious Disney animated project, and then have some competition with The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1 hitting two weeks later.

Poltergeist

Monster House and City of Ember director Gil Kenan has been hired to direct the remake of the 1982 film directed by Tobe Hooper (Texas Chainsaw Massacre) and also written and produced by Steven Spielberg.

Breaking Bad

Breaking Bad stars Bryan Cranston, Anna Gunn, Aaron Paul, Dean Norris, Betsy Brandt, RJ Mitte and Bob Odenkirk.

Game of Thrones

The Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (The EMMYS) is having a Q&A panel for Game of Thrones! The Panel will include creator George RR Martin, producers and showrunners David Benioff and DB Weiss, cast members including Peter Dinklage, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Lena Headey, Kit Harrington, Michelle Fairley, Richard Madden, Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams. Dawn of the Planet of the Apes

Variety reports she’ll return to the big screen with the female lead in Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, the sequel to Rise of the Planet of the Apes which has director Matthew Reeves (Let Me In) stepping in for Rupert Wyatt. Russell joins other new cast members like Jason Clarke, Kodi-Smit McPhee and Gary Oldman,

Oz the Great and Powerful

Disney already is prepping a return to Oz.

Studio has commissioned a follow up to “Oz the Great and Powerful” from screenwriter Mitchell Kapner, who co-wrote the first film with David Lindsay-Abaire.

The Fantasy pic has received mostly favorable reviews by critics and is expected to open around $80 million this weekend domestically.

Disney isn’t looking to wait too long to get a sequel into theaters
