Mr. Robot: Season 3 Trailer 2

USA has released the second TV show trailer for Mr. Robot: Season 3. Unlike the teaser trailer, this trailer clearly shows the growing and evolving second phase of Fsociety’s perilous master plan. Elliot Alderson (Rami Malek, Christian Slater) has created a monster that one of half of him wants to squash and the other half wants to ride as if it were their pet horse. One Elliot feels guilt over what he has done and the other Elliot (Mr. Robot) feels there is still work to be done.

Based just on the dichotomy of the main character, Mr. Robot is one of the most fascinating TV shows on the air, right up there with: The Leftovers, The Americans, Black Sails, Breaking Bad, Outlander, and certain seasons of The Walking Dead.

All Darlene Alderson (Carly Chaikin) had to do at the end of Season 2 of Mr. Robot was ask for a lawyer and not say anything except “lawyer” until her lawyer arrived. Instead, like a rookie criminal, she decided to engage and be drawn in.

It wasn’t made clear if it worked (Thank God they left it ambiguous), if Darlene tattle-tailed on herself, but she still seems to be in the clutches of the FBI (mentally e.g. wanting to come clean or physically) during Season 3. It seems the gravity of what Darlene was a part of is finally dawning on her.

Mr. Robot: Season 3 also stars Martin Wallstrom, Portia Doubleday, Grace Gummer, Michael Cristofer, Stephanie Corneliussen, and Bobby Cannavale.
