Shane Black is a great writer. I am a huge fan of Lethal Weapon, Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang, and the script (not the film) for The Long Kiss Goodnight. I am also a fan of The Last Boy Scout as well, though Bruce Willis was the wrong choice for the lead role (great script though).

I am looking forward to what Black has created with his latest film. Crowe seems to be having a ball with his enforcer character.

The Nice Guys also stars Keith David, Ty Simpkins, Yaya DaCosta, Margaret Qualley, Rachele Brooke Smith, Yvonne Zima, Sala Baker, Beau Knapp, Jack Kilmer, and Kimberly Battista.
