The Perras / Bitches Movie Trailer has premiered. Guillermo Rios‘ Perras (2011) plot synopsis: “based on his own play, Perras tells the story of a special high school for troubled girls of diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. After an accident the Headmistress lock up a group of girls in a class room to see who did it. Physical and mental altercations ensue.”
The high school setting the pugnacious girls of Perras find themselves in may remind the viewer of the film Confessions and a little of Battle Royale (minus the carnage of course). The movie trailer is narrated by one of the female characters in the film, think Gossip Girl, and the quality of the shots are do to cinematographer Juan Bernardo Sanchez Mejia.
