POWERLESS: First Trailer of Superhero Comedy Gets Released [NBC]

Powerless Trailer

NBC Unveils First Trailer for Superhero Comedy Powerless. NBC has given viewers a sneak peak at their new DC sitcom Powerless with the first trailer. The series, which stars Vanessa Hudgens, follows a group of insurance company employees living in a world of superheroes.

NBC released the first trailer of their DC workplace comedy Powerless during their Upfront presentation this week and it features some references to some iconic heroes from the DCEU. The trailer also gives us a few scenes from the pilot, which features an appearance from the Crimson Fox. The trailer has no problem name-dropping some of DC’s finest like Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Hawkman, and Green Lantern but don’t think that you will be seeing them on the show. The trailer introduces us to Vanessa’s character Emily and her misfit band of co-workers, played by Danny Pudi and Christina Kirk. This group of friends experience a big change in the workplace when they deal with the arrival of their dastardly new boss Del (Alan Tudyk).
