Release Dates 2014-2019: Undisclosed Marvel Films, STRANGE RAMBLINGS

The Theatrical Release Schedule for Marvel, Strange Rumblings In Shangri-La, and more  have been revealed. The announced release dates and the adjusted release schedules are between 2014-2015. All the release dates are subject to change by their producers and/or their distributors.

The 2014-2019 theatrical release dates:

Untitled Marvel films

They’ll open two films in 2017, on July 28, 2017 and November 3, 2017, followed by two more in 2018 on July 6, 2018 and November 2, 2018. The summer/fall double hitter strategy stops (as far as we know) in 2019, when Marvel will release one new to-be-identified pic on May 3, 2019.

Strange Rumblings In Shangri-La

LA- and Aussie-based surfing co. Globe and Whyte House Entertainment have teamed on new globe-trotting, psychedelic surfing docufilm Strange Rumblings In Shangri-La, which will world-premiere simultaneously in London and Long Beach at the U.S. Open of Surfing on July 31.

Producers are by Matt Hill, Peter Hill, and Gary Valentine. Globe and Whyte House Pics will take the film on an international tour with stops in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Oceanside, New York, Montauk, Florida, and Costa Rica, Canada, Brazil, France, Australia, Japan, and Bali before it rides out a global digital release via iTunes on September 25.

Cameron Crowe‘s untitled project

Columbia Pictures and Regency Enterprises are delaying the release date of director Cameron Crowe‘s untitled project starring Bradley Cooper, Emma Stone and Rachel McAdams until May 29, 2015. The studio previously dated it for Christmas 2014, but execs decided after seeing the film that it was better as a summer release.
